To offer the best quality and attention to all our guests. We require 24hr notice when rescheduling, changing, and canceling appointments. A late cancel results in a 30% fee of the total services booked. If the appointment is canceled less than 2 hours before start time or “no call/no show” a 100% fee applies. Please understand that fees do not go towards future appointments, are non refundable, and must be paid before being able to reschedule again. In the event that you would like to change your scheduled service to one of lesser value, please give 24 hour notice prior. After that time this is considered a partial cancellation, and there will be a 30% of the price difference between the original service and the new one. Exemptions to the policy include cancellation due to personal tragedy, or severe weather. As a small business it’s essential for the success of the salon to have policies in place.
